“We’re thrilled to bring this unique culinary experience to our guests,” said Marcelo Geraldini, Executive Chef of The Reverie Saigon. “It was one of our primary aims for this event to bring together some of the country’s leading chefs and showcase their exceptional talent in one place, at one time. Their talent, combined with the foundation of the natural elements, is truly something to be savoured and appreciated. “
Starting on Thursday, March 30th, the first event’s theme is Water. Café Cardinal’s Paul Pettini and Nén Light’s Summer Le will come together to create a six-course menu, with three courses prepared by each chef, at the Café Cardinal pool terrace at The Reverie Saigon. Renowned for weaving stories through her menus, Chef Le tells the tale of her seaside home of Danang, while Pettini hails from the island of Corsica. The Water dinner will be VND2,888,000++/pax, with an optional wine pairing, including water at VND1,400,000++.
The second event, themed on Earth, will be held at Da Vittorio Saigon on Thursday, April 20th, with Cafe Cardinal’s Paul Pettini joining forces with Da Vittorio Saigon’s Matteo Fontana. The six-course menu, with three courses prepared by each chef, is priced at VND3,588,000++/pax, with an optional wine pairing, including water, for VND1,400,000++.
The air we breathe, the soft caress of a cool breeze, the wafting aromas or beautiful food slowly cooking, is why Air is the theme for the third event on Thursday, May 18th, and we will see Café Cardinal’s Paul Pettini and Lavelle’s Thao Na combining their talents. The Air dinner will be held at The Reverie Lounge and will be priced at VND2,888,000++/pax, with an optional wine pairing, including water at VND1,400,000++.
Fire made cooking possible, transforming all raw things just like magic. The fourth event, themed on Fire, is perhaps the most elemental and will be held at Café Cardinal on Thursday, June 22nd.
