One of the gastronomic powerhouses of Asia, Singapore is home to an incredible culinary tradition and some of the world’s best chefs. All this will be yours to enjoy from 29 June to 9 July as Windsor Plaza Hotel presents the ‘Sensational Singapore’ culinary fair at its Café Central An Dong.

Café Central An Dong will offer three different buffet menus featuring some the country’s most iconic dishes. Sample the legendary Singapore chili crab, Hainanese steamed chicken rice, Laksa noodles or barbequed sambal stingray, just to name a few.

Available for dinner only, the three buffets will rotate on a daily basis, meaning there will be an almost limitless array of Singaporean dishes to choose from. Priced at just 698,000++ per person Monday to Friday, and 798,000++per person on the weekends, both include free flow of German beer and house red and white wine.

Overseeing this extravaganza of delectable delights will be two special guest chefs from the Royal Plaza on Scotts Singapore.

His commitment to his profession is exemplified from being awarded Employee of the Year by National Trade Union Congress in 2010. “I’m very excited to bring the wonderful food of my homeland for the people of Vietnam to enjoy,” Chef Lee said.
