Café Central An Dong will offer three different buffet menus featuring the country‟s most iconic dishes. Sample typical Turkish cuisine such as Dolma (stuffed vegetables with rice and herbs), Levrek marin (marinated seabass), Mercimek corbasi (red lentil soup), Firinda kuzu (slowed baked lamb with rice), Ali Nazik Kebab (beef stew with yogurt and eggplant), Icli kofte (stuffed kibbeh with meat and pine seeds), Princ pilavi (rice with vermicelli), and Baklava (Turkish traditional cake), just to name a few. Available for dinner only, the buffet will rotate on a daily basis, meaning there will be an almost limitless array of Turkish dishes to choose from. Priced at just 698,000++ per person Monday to Friday, and 798,000++per person on the weekends, both include free flow of German beer and soft drinks. On weekends there will also be free flow of sparkling wine. The event will be headed up by two special guest chefs, Executive Chef Kaan Avci and Sous Chef Ersun Gunduz from the Ayva Restaurant at Allium Villas Resort in Yalikavak – Bodrum, on the Aegean coast of Turkey. Chef Kaan Avci took his first steps into the culinary world of Turkey by traveling and working in many of its better known coastal regions. He later decided that the boundaries of his kitchen should be pushed beyond those of his native country, and so started traveling the world looking for inspiration through culinary exchanges. With over 15 years of culinary experience, Chef Ersun Gunduz, brings a dynamic and innovative energy to his current role where he works as Sous Chef. He has worked for a number of restaurants and hotels in his career and has always managed to liven up each dish with a certain amount of personal flair. His wide range of experience, creativity and ardent passion for the culinary arts allows him to bring the best of Turkish cuisine to the pallet of all his diners.
