Program terms of use

LOYALTY PROGRAM

SILVER CARD
It is a temporary card that offers a 5% discount for dining experiences at WMC Group managed restaurants. The card is provided after your registration.

Notes:
  • Your account will be upgraded to 10% discount once your total annual spend exceeds 2,000,000 VND, applicable after a 24-hour validation period.
  • Once your personalized WMC Prestige card is activated, your Temporary card will be deactivated.
  • Your total annual spend is reset to zero with the first use of your personalized WMC Prestige card.

PURPLE CARD

The more you spend, the more you earn on eligible food, beverage, and leisure purchases. Furthermore, you will enjoy distinct privileges being a WMC Prestige member. Your WMC Prestige Card never expires as long as your account remains active.
 
Notes:
  • Your total annual accumulation includes your eligible dining, leisure, and room purchases*.
  • Your total annual spend is based on the calendar year from January 1st through December 31st.
  • Your total annual spend will be reset to zero every January 1st.
  • Your effective discount will be based on the current year’s total annual spending or any inherited discount from the previous year’s total annual spend, whichever is greater.
*The Reverie Saigon, Sherwood Residence, Sherwood Suites, and Windsor Plaza Hotel; with terms and conditions applied.
HOW TO REGISTER
  • Use services at WMC Group managed restaurants.
  • Fill out the required information on the registration form.
  • Receive a temporary card with a 5% discount.
  • Use a 5% temporary card to accumulate Total Annual Spend.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Dining & leisure:
The member must present the WMC Prestige membership card before billing
WMC Prestige dining and leisure discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts; and cannot be applied for bookings of:
  •  Company events
  • Weddings
  • Conferences
  • Meetings
Special offers are not applicable for temporary card holders with 5% discount.

Not applicable for accumulation of Total Annual Spend when the member purchases mooncakes and Oktoberfest tickets.

Hotels & serviced apartments:
  • Paid nights are based on short-term rate bookings.
  • Room nights must be reserved directly through WMC Group managed hotels and serviced apartments (The Reverie Saigon, Sherwood Residence, Sherwood Suites, and Windsor Plaza Hotel) at least 48 hours in advance with your WMC Prestige account number.
  • One free room night applies for a standard room type and subject to availability.
  • To receive credit for the value of a hotel room night, the name on the WMC Prestige membership card must match with the personal identification of the guest staying in the hotel.
  • Authorizations are not accepted.
Partner promotions:
  • Discounts are only valid at the time of purchase for non-sale and non-promotional items at Eurasia Concept showrooms.
  • Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or coupon.
  • The member must present their WMC Prestige Card at the time of purchase to receive the discount.
  • The discount is applied at the time of purchase. The discount cannot be redeemed for prior purchases.
  • Brodard Bakery will apply a fixed 10% discount for WMC Prestige purple cardholders.
  • Membership offers are not applicable for a red invoice issuance when members purchase mooncakes or other products at Brodard Bakery shop.
